Ecolab Selects PowerSteering for Global Lean Six Sigma Deployment Management

PowerSteering, the market leader in On-Demand Enterprise Performance Improvement solutions for Lean, Six Sigma and Operational Excellence announced that Ecolab Inc. has chosen PowerSteering Software as its exclusive tracking solution for its Global Lean Six Sigma initiative.

Prior to Ecolab's launch of Lean Six Sigma in late 2005, Ecolab spent time benchmarking other LSS companies. Through this process they learned that having a project tracking tool for these projects was essential.
