Sessions to Focus on Six Sigma Project Selection, Leadership and Change Management

Summit & Awards, being held in Miami from January 13-16.

Mr. Clark will lead an interactive session on “Removing Politics from Project Selection,” and deliver practical insights into how Six Sigma programs can improve the value of their project portfolio by up to 30% through:

• Evaluating projects objectively using a consistent methodology

• Increasing productivity by decreasing bureaucracy
