Every member of PowerSteering's team is personally involved with our clients and engages with them directly to ensure their success. Our leadership team regularly visits customers to solicit their product and support feedback, recommend ways to increase user adoption and share best practices.
Stephen Sharp Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Sharp leads PowerSteering Software in the evolving enterprise project and portfolio management (PPM) improvement market, building on our clear leadership in Lean Six Sigma program management and solid foundation of customer success and financial discipline. In addition to setting the strategic direction, he oversees all company operations.
Mr. Sharp has a proven track record of building international high-tech businesses. He brings over 20 years of senior executive leadership experience in executive management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, business development and services.
Previously, Mr. Sharp served as CEO for Frictionless Commerce, a leading provider of supplier relationship management solutions. He also has held executive management positions at Context Integration, Siebel Systems and Sybase.
Michael Roberts Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Mr. Roberts is responsible for running PowerSteering's global sales operations, including the partner and reseller channels. He has over 25 years of success selling enterprise portfolio management software to Global 2000 and federal accounts.
Mr. Roberts previously worked at Primavera (formerly ProSight), where he had P&L responsibility and oversaw North American sales, including all field sales for ProSight. He grew the commercial business 573% in three years, created a financial services vertical, and successfully penetrated the federal market while establishing it as a beach head. He also has sales management experience at IBM, Sequent and Unisys.
Mr. Roberts earned his BS and MBA degrees from Virginia Tech.
Warren Gleich Vice President of Products
Mr. Gleich brings more than 25 years of enterprise software development experience in both commercial software and IT engineering organizations. He has built and managed multi-national engineering organizations delivering enterprise class solutions for the Financial Services, Telecommunications OSS, Manufacturing and eCommerce industries.
Most recently he led Engineering and Integration teams for Banco Santander and Sovereign Bank where he managed local Sovereign software development and support teams. Prior to this, Mr. Gleich was Executive Director of Engineering and Next Generation OSS Platforms for Telcordia Technologies where he led product development teams building inventory and provisioning platforms for the telecommunication industry.
Mr. Gleich studied Mechanical Engineering and MIS at Nassau Community College and Southern NH University.
Doug Riseberg Vice President of Client Services
Mr. Riseberg is responsible for delivering solutions and building long-term relationships with PowerSteering's customers. He has over 10 years of operations experience in high technology and professional services, including over five years in various professional services roles at PowerSteering.
Mr. Riseberg has helped lead and manage nearly 120 PowerSteering deployments. He has also developed the proven PowerSteering implementation methodology and numerous programs to deliver solutions to our customer base. His team of professional services consultants deploys new solutions and delivers add-on professional services to existing customers.
Prior to joining PowerSteering, Mr. Riseberg was a client manager for CRM solutions at Navisite (formerly Surebridge). There, he helped build and deploy CRM solutions for both Siebel and SalesLogix software packages targeting mid-market firms.
Mr. Riseberg holds a BA in economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MBA from Babson College.
Linda Duchin Vice President of Marketing
Ms. Duchin oversees all facets of marketing, including demand generation, inside sales, sales operations and public relations. She brings over 20 years of high-tech and financial services experience with an emphasis on direct response marketing effectiveness.
Ms. Duchin was most recently the director of marketing at MarketSoft, a leader in the enterprise software marketing automation space. There, she launched innovative B2B prospecting techniques that yielded a 90% improvement over traditional methods. As director of database marketing at BayBank/BankBoston/Fleet, she created a database marketing practice and led a team that pioneered the use of behavior- and event-based marketing strategies.
Ms. Duchin also ran marketing for Data General's direct division and managed their aftermarket supply catalog program, which generated over $30 million in annual revenue. She holds a BS in communications from Boston University.
Jon Choate Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Choate leads the finance and administration functions at PowerSteering. He has over 25 years of financial management experience in both the software and publishing fields.
Prior to joining PowerSteering, Mr. Choate served as VP of finance and administration at Syncra Systems, Inc., where he facilitated the sale of this supplier of collaboration software to Retek, Inc. (acquired by Oracle). Earlier in his career, he directed finance and administration for Lewtan Technologies, a leading provider of information and technology solutions to the global asset securitization industry.
Mr. Choate has also held several positions in the book and newspaper publishing industries. He earned an MBA from Babson College and BS in communications from Ithaca College.
