PowerSteering is designed to be as easy to use as the Internet itself. We have worked hard to balance the depth of functionality found in our solutions with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface. But if you do happen to run into trouble, we're always there to help through any of the following support systems.

Self Service Help Desk

Named Administrators may submit questions, search for information, or log a case any time via our online helpdesk portal at http://www.psteering.com/helpdesk.

Users Manual

A downloadable pdf version of the PowerSteering User's Manual is available from within the application. The manual contains everything you need to know to use our technology effectively - from the basic functionality of our solutions, to more advanced topics, such as using our accounting functions.

On-Screen Help

You can open the on-screen help area from any page of the PowerSteering application by pressing the Help tab, which describes the features and common actions that can be performed from that page.
