Stephen Sharp is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PowerSteering Software, Inc. Mr. Sharp is charged with leading the company in the evolving Enterprise Performance Improvement market, building on its clear leadership in the Six Sigma program management market, and a solid foundation of customer success and financial discipline. In addition to executing on strategic direction, Sharp oversees all operations of the company.
He has a proven track record of building international high-technology businesses, with over 15 years of senior executive leadership experience in executive management, strategic planning, sales, marketing, business development and services. Prior to joining PowerSteering Software, Mr. Sharp was Chief Executive Officer for Frictionless Commerce, a leading provider of Supplier Relationship Management solutions. He has also held executive management positions at Context Integration, where he was the Chief Executive, Siebel Systems and Sybase.
Mr. Boghossian is a Founder of PowerSteering Software and was responsible for the product vision and the company's early leadership in the emerging Program and Portfolio Management category. He works with leading companies worldwide, helping them drive strategy and accelerate results by connecting high level corporate performance targets and scorecards with actions and objectives on the front-lines.
Mr. Boghossian has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of Performance Improvement, Operations Excellence, and Strategy Execution. He has authored numerous articles focusing on the use of innovative tools to drive improved business results, accelerate innovation, and deliver more focused strategic information to decision makers.
Prior to joining PowerSteering Software, Mr. Boghossian co-founded Story Street Partners, a successful start-up focused on building integrated strategic information resources on corporate Intranets. His work for Story Street won the 1998 Internet Commerce Exposition for the "Best in Class" Financial Services application.
As a management consultant, Mr. Boghossian pioneered the use of Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri, and Strategy Deployment tools for the rapid execution of corporate strategy. In turn, Hoshin methods became one of the core tenets of the PowerSteering product line. He also developed and implemented one of the first on-line distance learning programs to teach quality and strategy concepts to front-line managers.
David holds AB and MPA degrees from Harvard University. He also held a year-long appointment as a Lucius Littauer Fellow at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, focused on business/government relations.
Mike is responsible for running PowerSteering's global sales operations including the partner and reseller channels.
He has more than 25 years of sales success selling Enterprise Portfolio Management software to Global 2000 and Federal accounts. He joined PowerSteering from Primavera (formerly with Prosight) where he had P & L responsibility and oversaw North American Sales including all field sales (direct, presale, and inside) for ProSight. He grew the Commercial business 573% in three years, created a Financial Services vertical and successfully penetrated the Federal market and established it as a beachead. Mike was also directly involved in product strategy, marketing and the development of partner relationships.
Mike has sales management experience at IBM, Sequent and Unisys. He earned his BS and MBA degrees from Virginia Tech.
Tibor brings to PowerSteering Software a blend of experience in general management of software companies and technical background in product development. Tibor has experience of over 20 years managing software development, from building tools for other developers (commercial DBMS and 4th generation language products) to building enterprise-class applications. He managed teams that built products that are licensed and deployed at large organizations or used by them as a hosted product, ASP. He was part of early-stage companies, where Tibor built the software engineering teams from ground zero, introducing software engineering methods and processes, development metrics, quality assurance and release engineering. Tibor managed offshore teams in Russia and India of over 200 people.
At PowerSteering, Tibor is responsible for defining our products and implementing the product vision.
Prior to PowerSteering, Tibor was CTO at NewRiver, VP of Engineering and CTO at ChannelWave Software, COO at Damirus Corp and CEO of WebSecure. Tibor worked for 14 years at CompuServe, from an entry-level software engineer, to team manager, to VP of Engineering and General Manager of CompuServe's software division - CompuServe Data Technologies. Prior to his software experience, Tibor spent over a decade in the academia, at the Russian Academy of Sciences and at Harvard University. He received his master's degree from Moscow University and his Ph.D. from the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Ray is responsible for delivering solutions and building long-term relationships with PowerSteering customers. He has over 15 years of operations experience in high technology and product management.
Prior to joining PowerSteering, Ray was Vice President of Professional Services at NaviSite, a global leader in Application and Infrastructure Management services. During Ray's tenure, he improved customer satisfaction levels resulting in a 400% increase in bookings of additional services within one year. Ray also led a team that created a Project Management Office and an off-shore technical lab focused on improving the quality and speed of ERP solutions.
Ray's experience also includes an internal consultant role with EMC focused on business process improvement, as well as product development responsibilities with Raytheon and Northrop Grumman. Ray holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California and an MBA from Boston College.
Linda oversees all facets of marketing, including demand generation, inside sales and public relations. She brings over 15 years of high tech and financial services experience with an emphasis on direct response marketing effectiveness.
Linda was most recently the Director of Marketing at MarketSoft, a leader in the enterprise software marketing automation space, where she launched innovative B2B prospecting techniques that yielded a 90% improvement over traditional methods. As Director of Database Marketing at BayBank/BankBoston/Fleet, she created a database marketing practice and led a team that pioneered the use of behavior and event-based marketing strategies.
Linda also ran marketing for Data General's direct division and managed their aftermarket supply catalog program that generated over $30 million in annual revenue.
Linda holds a BS in Communications from Boston University.
Jon leads the Finance and Administration functions at PowerSteering. He has over 20 years of financial management experience in both the software and publishing fields.
Prior to joining PowerSteering, Jon served as Vice President, Finance & Administration at Syncra Systems, Inc. where he played a key role in the sale of this best-of-breed supplier of collaboration software to Retek, Inc. (now part of Oracle).
Previously Jon directed finance and administration for Lewtan Technologies, where he established systems and processes in support of 500% revenue growth for this leading provider of information and technology solutions to the global asset securitization industry. Jon also held several positions in the book and newspaper publishing industries, including serving as Controller of one of North America's leading independent publishers of trade paperbacks.
Jon holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.
